Start DMAH/ICC Service as a Micren Healthcare

Micren Healthcare provides professional and independent Designated Marketing Authorization Holder (DMAH) and In-Country Caretaker (ICC) services for medical devices. Micren Healthcare has a Type I Marketing Authorization Holder license for medical devices.

We were formerly known by Emergo Japan K.K., an affiliate of Emergo Group. We changed its company name to Micren Healthcare Co., Ltd effectively July 1, 2018 and started to acts as this new company name.

Emergo Japan K.K. was formerly owned by Michiharu Miyahara and Emergo Global Representative LLC, a fully owned subsidiary of Emergo Group, Inc. which was solely owned by its CEO and President, Rene van de Zande.

Following the acquisition of Emergo Group, Inc. by Underwriters Laboratories (UL), RVZ Management LLC, solely owned by Rene van de Zande, acquired the 50% shares from Emergo Global Representative LLC in Emergo Japan K.K. which is now Micren Healthcare.

Michiharu Miyahara and Rene van de Zande will remain co-representative directors of Micren Healthcare Co., Ltd.

We will continue to provide DMAH and ICC services for medical devices and hope to contribute to medical device industry.
